Job Description
The Assistant Branch Manager plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of a branch within the organization. They work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure that the branch meets its financial goals, provides exceptional customer service, and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum three (3) years of credit union or bank retail banking experience
- Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience in a credit union or bank preferred
