The Academic Administrator provides administrative and operational support for specific academic department(s) and its chair(s) to ensure its smooth running. Administers and coordinates office procedures and activities related to faculty and students.
Requirements
- High school degree required
- 1-3 years' related office experience with budgeting and spreadsheets
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent 3+ years of administrative experience in higher education or business
- Office management and software skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required, prior accounting experience desirable
