Administrative Exempt Assistant Director position at Wellesley College, responsible for cultivating new alumnae groups, providing strategic guidance, and supporting event execution and planning. Collaborative hybrid environment with three days on campus and two days of remote work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years relevant experience required
- Experience creating, building, communicating and measuring new initiatives
- Wellesley alum preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team within a culturally diverse environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written & oral communication skills
- Ability to set and measure objectives and adjust work based on results
- Ability to liaise with key campus partners
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and multiple priorities
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
- Ability to work with a wide range of alumnae identities and perspectives and long-range institutional objectives
- Comfort with a range of technology systems including Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Zoom
- Salesforce/Affinaquest and Hivebrite experience preferred
- Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design skills
