The Assistant Director of Young Alum and Student Engagement will cultivate the understanding and reach of Wellesley's lifelong alumnae community, developing strategies to support recent graduates and students, and leading social media engagement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Experience creating, building, communicating and measuring new initiatives
- Wellesley alum preferred
- Familiarity with leveraging social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to set and measure objectives
