Job Description
Administrative Exempt position responsible for providing overall direction and leadership for the custodial services department including operations, staffing, planning, budgeting, training, supervision and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimal of ten (10) years of relevant experience and/or a combination of education and experience
- Supervisory experience working with unionized environment
- Experience with web-based reporting; Excel-based data recording and analysis; knowledge of facilities management software systems such as Workday and TMA
