Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leaders within Wellington's Technology organization. The ideal candidate has supported senior technology leaders, understands modern technology operating models, and brings a proactive, anticipatory mindset. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
• Experience working in technology, financial services, or other professional services environments
• Familiarity with agile, product, or iterative delivery models
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work
