Job Description
The Global Benefits Lead is responsible for the operational management of the firm’s global benefit programs with a focus on US health and welfare and retirement plans, and ancillary benefit programs. This individual will be involved in all aspects of health and welfare programs, including program design, vendor selection and management, program implementation and customer service to employees.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required
- 10+ years of HR/benefits experience with demonstrated project management experience
- Ability to balance tactical and strategic responsibilities and effectively use available resources to research and resolve inquiries
