Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor works as part of a multidisciplinary team providing clinical oversight, clinical hours, and field-based supervision to staff. The role requires strong organizational, written, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to maintain a calm demeanor while handling multiple tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of a master's degree or equivalent
- Post-licensed 2 years and meet the requirements of the respective licensing board
- Strong organizational, written, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor while handling multiple tasks
- Management experience and experience providing mental health services in a community setting
- Valid California driver license and insurable driving record of at least 2 years
