The Medical Assistant provides patient care in the health center setting and assists the provider(s) and care teams in the management and coordination of patient care, with an emphasis on prevention and health maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant training/certification preferred
- Current CPR or CPR/AED certification
- Excellent customer service experience
- Knowledge of patient care, addiction treatment, and mental health disorders
