Job Description
WellSpan Health is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) – Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their geriatrics team in York, PA. The ideal candidate will have a Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours and will provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered services for adult and geriatric populations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Master's degree in nursing
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) – Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
