Job Description
This position is for an Associate Medical Director to support the Medical Group's commitment to high-quality, integrated care. The role focuses on leading hospitalist programs at WellSpan York Hospital, improving performance through innovative approaches, and fostering a culture of excellence. The position requires a board-certified Internal/Family Medicine physician with experience in a leadership role.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
- Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a hospitalist
- Two years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong clinical, managerial and leadership skills
- Team-building skills and patient experience focus
