The Director of Talent Acquisition – Clinical & Shared Services is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports clinical care and shared services.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational objectives and workforce needs.
• Forecast hiring needs and create proactive workforce plans in partnership with HR and business leaders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and recruitment support staff.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
• Enhance the organization’s employer brand through marketing, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts
• Optimize recruitment technologies and utilization of the applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Leverage data and analytics to assess performance, drive continuous improvement, and guide decision-making.
