Job Description
WellTech Partners is seeking a Director of Staff Development (DSD) / HR professional to support employee training, compliance, and human resources operations. The role involves staff onboarding, CNA training, license tracking, HR compliance, and employee development.
Requirements
- Active RN or LVN/LPN license in the state of California
- Director of Staff Development (DSD) Certificate required
- Current CPR certification
- Working knowledge of Human Resources, including labor relations, benefits, and risk management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to apply nursing principles consistent with professional standards
