Legal Counsel – Corporate & Commercial

We are seeking a Cyprus-qualified Legal Counsel to join our legal function and support our growing IT business. This role will focus on corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, employment law matters, and day-to-day legal support for cross-functional teams across the group’s entities worldwide.

Requirements

• Cyprus-qualified lawyer
• 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law
• Fluency in English at minimum C1 level
