Implementation Specialist

Wellthy is seeking an Implementation Specialist to play a critical role in bringing new clients and programs to life. The role involves project management, clear communication, and exceptional attention to detail to ensure a seamless launch experience.

Requirements

• Project manage multiple new client implementations, expansion of existing programs, and managing complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Create, execute, and adapt project plans in real-time.
• Conduct kickoff and ongoing implementation meetings to review milestones, surface opportunities or challenges, and guide clients through discovery and solution design.
• Serve as the central hub for implementation communication.
• Coordinate technical and operational setup.
• Anticipate challenges early—whether technical issues, workflow bottlenecks, or client questions—and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them and keep projects moving forward.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes that enhance the client onboarding and expansion experience.
