Accounts Payable Specialist

Welltower is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. The role involves managing the full accounts payable cycle, reviewing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in accounting or account payable, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment
• Ensure invoices are being reviewed within 48 hours of being on the Invoice Analyst steps
• Analyze contract/purchase order billing discrepancies
• Verify project signoffs from all parties
