Welltower is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide range of tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain senior leadership calendar
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and office organization
