Requirements

• Manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple projects
• Coordinates and participates in project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Conducts frequent property inspections to ensure projects follow proper safety precautions
• Establishes expectations and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and free of hazards
