Job Description
Associate Project Manager for Capital Projects in the Northeast region, responsible for overseeing multiple complex senior housing capital projects, managing contractors, construction schedules, and providing status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple projects
- Conducts frequent property inspections to ensure projects follow proper safety precautions
- Establishes expectations and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
