Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in public markets. Prior experience with real estate investment trusts preferred
- Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing publicly reported financial statements.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of crafting visually appealing presentations. Demonstrated ability to transform intricate financial analyses into easily understandable charts and graphs.
