Job Description
We're looking for a Manager, Seniors Housing Property Accounting to oversee accounting and financial reporting functions for key areas, including fixed assets, construction and development, property operating expenses, and expense recovery. The role will ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX requirements, and company policies, and provide guidance to accounting staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of corporate or public accounting experience, preferably within real estate, healthcare, or REIT industries
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required, strong knowledge of accounting theory, including US GAAP, and IFRS knowledge is a plus
