Welltower, a global leader in residential wellness and healthcare infrastructure, seeks a Senior Paralegal for Corporate and Entity Management. The role involves supporting the legal department with entity management, transaction support, corporate governance, and project management.

Requirements

• Update and maintain a corporate entity management database
• Oversee entity compliance
• Liaise with external service providers
• Prepare and route corporate resolutions and other documents
• Provide entity support for transactions
• Assist Counsel with strategy and process improvement
• Manage all invoicing related to the entity management database
• Work with other members of the Legal Department on special projects and initiatives
