Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Success Manager and create real impact moments for our B2B customers. Accompany them in the introduction of our intelligent camera system and ensure they maximize its value. Turn customers into product experts and build long-term, trusting partnerships.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service
- Experience with tools like G-Suite, Airtable, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- German on at least C1 level, fluent English, and further languages a plus
