Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 1–2 years leading engineers (team lead, tech lead, or early-stage manager)
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Python, Postgres, AWS (or GCP, Azure etc.)
• Project Execution: Proven ability to deliver complex software projects successfully
• People Skills: Passion for helping engineers grow and perform at their best
• Strategic Awareness: Ability to balance technical excellence with product and business priorities
• Communication: Able to explain complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (German a plus)
