This is a structured hybrid position which requires working in our Owatonna, MN facility: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Wednesdays and Fridays are home office workdays. Therefore, candidates must reside within reasonable commutable distance to the facility. As an IT Project Manager, you will contribute to Wenger Corporation’s strategy to provide exceptional customer experience by planning, executing and delivering IT projects that support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of IT project management experience.
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market IT initiatives (ERP, infrastructure, applications).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with external vendors and consultants.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and application environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
- Solid financial and budget management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
