The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of tradie businesses, helping them maximise their marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and scale their businesses through the platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Service
- Exposure to a target-driven or KPI-based environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with customers
- A customer-first mindset and ability to understand client business goals
- Confidence interpreting campaign performance and providing recommendations
- Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce, online marketing, or digital campaigns is a bonus
