Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring operational efficiency, team productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction in a high-volume distribution environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's License
• 5 years related experience required
• Prior inventory and reconciliation knowledge
• Prior distribution warehouse experience preferred
• Must possess prior supervisory experience to include hiring, training, evaluating, firing, etc.
• Proven ability to lead a team effectively.
• Must be highly organized, able to function independently and multi-task
• Must be computer literate
• Spanish speaking is preferred.
• Previous export experience preferred.
