Job Description
As a Director – Sales, you will lead sales teams to achieve sales and profitability goals, develop sales strategies, and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements
- Develops and administers sales plan to ensure customer satisfaction and quota attainment
- Achieves annual sales and gross profit plan by implementing sales strategies and analyzing trends
- Establishes sales objectives and forecasts expected sales volume and profit
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with market supply and demand
- Coordinates order service and maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
