As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will be a business partner to other business leaders and help service the accounting, reporting, planning and budgeting needs of the organization.
Requirements
- BS degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
- Advanced degree or certification is a plus
- 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated financial accounting and planning experience
- Good understanding of accounting standards with the ability to apply these to his/her work
- Previous senior living experience is helpful
- Strong understanding of internal controls
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience using key systems like PCC, NetSuite, AOD
