Job Description
WeSoftYou is a dynamic software development company that empowers businesses through innovative technology solutions. We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst (Junior+) to join our outsourcing team.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Experience working with requirements documentation (SRS, WBS, User Stories)
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, attention to detail
- Ability to work under mentorship and follow established processes
