Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support customers and users in the analysis and definition of business needs and requirements. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, requirement engineering, or similar.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, requirement engineering, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with both business and technical teams
- Proficiency in process mapping (e.g., BPMN), modelling (e.g. UML), and requirements gathering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Practical knowledge in documenting complex systems for users and clients
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Experience in fraud detection or payments domain (optional but beneficial)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
