Maintenance Superintendent - Refrigeration & Utilities

West Liberty Foods is hiring a Maintenance Superintendent - Refrigeration & Utilities to oversee the day-to-day activities of the utilities department, including refrigeration, water treatment, boilers, wells, air systems, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration, utilities, and maintenance, with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to changing demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of utilities, refrigeration, facilities and production equipment maintenance
• Strong knowledge and experience with Ammonia Refrigeration
• Knowledge of steam boiler operation and maintenance, including boiler water treatment
• Knowledge of cooling tower maintenance and water treatment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends
