Executive Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level partnership with our Chief Financial Officer, supporting executive administrative tasks, and collaborating with various teams to drive business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or Administrative Certification
• 3+ years of senior executive assistant experience
• Experience managing multiple calendars
• Experience booking travel
• Advanced organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong executive calendar management expertise
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain strict confidentiality
• Demonstrated project management capability
• High level of professionalism and composure
• Strong collaboration skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
