Requirements

• Supervise production processes and personnel in assigned field
• Oversee day-to-day production activities at the most economical cost
• Create short-interval look-ahead production schedules
• Promote site initiatives and interpret and apply all HR policies and procedures
• Manage available resources for on-time production and delivery of customer orders
• Maintain and verify accuracy of production data and employee hours worked
• Maximize capital resources and maintain equipment and facilities in proper working condition
• Constantly evaluate existing processes and establish teams to improve them
