Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in technical or business-related field
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Moderate knowledge of computer programs and SPC applications
• Ability to wear safety toe shoes, safety goggles, and hearing protection
• Ability to follow and comply with Plant's Dress and Hygiene Code and Company and Plant policies
