Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business-related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior supervisory experience
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Moderate knowledge of computer programs and SPC applications
• Continual certification in First Aid/CPR
• Ability to comply with company's safety and quality policies
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Good communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
