Job Description
The Benefits Specialist will have joint responsibility for daily administration of employee benefits programs as well as the 401(k) retirement plan; routine compliance administration with federal/state and tax requirements as well as providing primary benefits customer service to all West Shore Home locations and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
- 3+ years' experience overseeing benefit administration preferred
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel skills, specifically vlookup formulas
- Experience with Dayforce software preferred
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent verbal and written communication
