West Texas A&M University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in the Educational Leadership program. Requirements
- Terminal degree (Ed.D. or Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership or a closely related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in EC–12 or higher education leadership positions or related leadership contexts
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service
- Evidence of an active research agenda and scholarly productivity appropriate to rank
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to doctoral education
- Proven ability to effectively mentor doctoral students, particularly in empirical research
- Demonstrated strong instructional effectiveness in fully online learning environments
