The Senior Career Development Coordinator for Career Exploration will provide career advising and coaching, develop and implement programming for students and alumni, and coach students in career exploration and decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two (2) years of related experience
- Ability to work cooperatively with students; community, business and Industry leaders; and University personnel required
- Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, written communication, time management, and decision-making skills
- Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple demanding projects
- Excellent computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Knowledge of database applications and adept with video conferencing technologies
- Must be comfortable in and familiar with a team-centered, cross-trained, collaborative environment
- Ability to work under pressure
