BaxterStorey is hiring a Relief Chef Manager to provide cover in the area of Kent. The role involves menu planning, employee management, inventory control, and customer relations. The successful candidate will have proven experience, excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for the culinary arts.

Requirements

• Proven experience commensurate with role
• Excellent creative culinary skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills
• Proficiency in food cost management
• Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
