Job Description
Westcliff University is seeking an Assistant Coach Women’s Volleyball to support the Head Coach in the leadership and administration of the volleyball program. The successful candidate will assist with daily practice planning, technical skill instruction, and the recruitment of high-level student-athletes.
Requirements
- Previous playing or coaching experience at the collegiate or elite club level.
- Strong knowledge of volleyball technical skills and tactical systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and recruiting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Collegiate coaching experience at the NAIA or NCAA level.
- Experience with Hudl, VolleyStation, or similar video analysis software.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
