WestCoast Children’s Clinic is seeking a Mental Health Care Coordinator to work with youth and families in the Bay Area. The successful candidate will have experience working with foster youth and families from a mental health framework. Responsibilities include engaging and coordinating care, facilitating Child & Family Team (CFT) meetings, and providing behavioral health services.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience working directly with children and/or families from a mental health framework
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social Work or related field
- Group / treatment team facilitation experience and skills
- Passionate about working with foster youth, families & young adults who have complex traumatic histories
- Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed
- Ability to travel by car to meet with clients, generally within a 90 mile radius of the WCC office
