Bilingual Leasing Agent

We are seeking a bilingual leasing agent to join our team at our 564-unit apartment community in Houston. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, showing apartments, and closing sales in compliance with fair housing laws.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month.
