Job Description
We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 300-unit apartment community in Tech Ridge, located in North Austin. The Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.
Requirements
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
