Job Description
Are you an apartment leasing expert ready to take the next step in your career? Then we have a great opportunity for you! We are searching for a Leasing Specialist for our 685-unit community, wonderfully located in North Dallas! Our Leasing Specialists lead the marketing and leasing activities for the leasing team.
Requirements
- At least two years of prior leasing experience.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Yardi, or other similar programs.
- Must be highly organized and able to type 30 WPM.
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) a plus.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
