Job Description
De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Calgary, Alberta or Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will provide proactive sourcing, selection, and recruitment services across the organization, utilizing their expertise in recruitment and selection processes to attract and source a diverse and high-performing workforce. The role requires an undergraduate degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline, and 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Requirements
- Evaluate recruitment needs and develop resourcing strategies based on operational requirements.
- Provide full cycle recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of candidates for hiring manager consideration.
- Develop candidate pools for re-occurring and high-volume hiring needs, implementing strategies to maintain interested candidates in the talent pipeline.
- Facilitate pre-employment background, criminal, and other pre-employment screening, and testing, as required for the role.
