Vista Radio Ltd is seeking a detail-driven and organized Finance & HR Support Specialist to join their team in British Columbia. The role involves providing administrative and transactional support across the Finance department, as well as assisting with job requisitions, onboarding, and offboarding tasks in HR. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in administrative, finance, or HR support roles, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in administrative, finance, or HR support roles within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with accounting systems (required); familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an asset
- Comfort working with systems and learning new software; Dayforce / HRIS experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- High level of initiative, reliability, and accountability
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
