Director, Energy Management Program

Western Colorado University seeks an experienced, strategic leader to serve as the Director of a thriving Energy Management Program. The successful candidate will oversee the program, develop external partnerships, and promote student engagement and success.

Requirements

• Be a proven fundraiser with experience engaging with donors, alumni, and industry leaders
• Ensure a sustainable student enrollment in the Energy Management Program
• Develop networks that aid student enrollment, retention, completion, and post-graduate/career success
• Oversee effective oral, print, digital, and social media communications and marketing
• Maintain a productive partnership with the program's advisory board
