WD is seeking an experienced Compensation Business Partner to join our high-performing Compensation team. Reporting to the Director of Compensation, this role requires a strong blend of business consulting acumen and deep expert knowledge in compensation.
Requirements
- Directly related compensation experience in advising and analyst roles with understanding and experience of the high technology industry supporting large global organizations
- Strong understanding of broad-based compensation programs (base/bonus/equity), pay for performance, benchmarking/market data, job evaluation, etc.
- Highly responsive and customer service oriented
- Ability to establish strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing environment.
- Expertise in leading and managing projects along with setting project goals
- Willingness to play a 'hands-on' role with key projects.
- Expertise with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday
- Partnership and influencing skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills and customer support at all levels of the company, including senior leadership
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively communicate compensation strategies at all levels of the company
- Demonstrated good judgment, strong business acumen, and leadership skills, as well as strong assessment and analytical skills.
