Technologist – Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer

WD is looking for a talented Technologist – Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join our organization in either San Jose or Irvine. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize analog and mixed-signal circuits for cutting-edge semiconductor and electronic products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design
• Strong proficiency in circuit simulation tools (SPICE, Cadence Virtuoso, or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of analog circuit fundamentals including amplifiers, filters, and signal conditioning
• Experience with PCB design and layout considerations for analog circuits
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Verilog, or VHDL for design verification and modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers
